Overview

UNDP’s Istanbul International Center for Private Sector in Development (ICPSD), supports the private sector and foundations to become transformative partners in development through research, advocacy for inclusive business, facilitation of public-private dialogue and multi stakeholder-partnerships. The Center’s work to engage foundations and the private sector focuses on delivering policy advisory and technical services in the following four Thematic Areas:

ICPSD supports the private sector and foundations to incorporate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their decision making and operational practices. This makes them the key stakeholders in accomplishing the SDGs. The Center hosts five Global Initiatives:

September 20-21-22 2022 — The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Istanbul International Center for Private Sector in Development (ICPSD) run the online Training Program on Municipal Enterprises for Local Authorities Ahead to Achieving the UN 2030 Agenda (MELA) in collaboration with UNDP Ecuador - UCLG-MEWA - Kibar Holding - Association of Municipalities in Ecuador.
